Mr. Dearlove has over 37 years of architectural experience, including 22 1/2 years as a sole proprietor. In his position as "Architect," Mr. Dearlove is responsible for architectural design and documents for industrial and commercial projects. Mr. Dearlove is responsible for the management of the architectural projects from proposal development through construction administration. Activities include scheduling, code review, design, development of drawings and specification, review of shop drawings and construction administration. Some current projects include:

- Project manager for 57,000 SF technology center expansion, including addition of 19,000 SFÂ mezzanine office for Illinois Tool Works, Glenview, IL
- Architect for a 10,900 SF office/shop building for Belair Excavating, Batavia, IL
- Architect for a 10,900 SF warehouse addition to Chicago Anodizing, Chicago, IL
